Default Capsule shaped yellow and red pill with no marking

I have obtained some pills from a friend who had gotten them from mexico. She claims it is Amoxil, but they are a generic brand. I'm not too sure and I don't want to take it yet. I am really sick with a bad congested chest and need antibiotics but have no insurance!!!! I need help. Please respond A.S.A.P.

Sorry, but without an imprint, there's just no way of knowing.

By the way, you do know that amoxicillin only treats baterical infections and has no effect on viruses like colds, the flu, etc. right?

I might not always be right, but I'm never wrong.
