Default Blue and White Capsule with 44-371- Help Identify?

Blue and White Capsule with 44-371- Help Identify?
I found a little blue and white capsule, with the numbers 44-371 on it? I would like to know if anyone knows what it is? I was told it was tylonol pm but I don't remember what Tylonol PM looks like can anyone confirm this or another drug?

I can't confirm the information with another source, but one database lists 44 371 as generic Tylenol PM Extra-Strength Geltabs containing 500 mg acetaminophen and 25 mg diphenhydramine.

The database states that the pill is a blue and white gel cap - not a regular capsule.
