no, its just a small, white pill with blue speckles and a breaker bar

This is actually A 159, the speckles, and contour of the pill make the A resemble an R. It is Phentermine 37.5mgs for weight loss.

They actually can produce a speed like effect, which is why some people sell them, or abuse them.
