Default Blue oval pill with P3

I found a pill the other day cut in half and I am not sure what it is. It is a blue outer covering with white inside. There is a P3 on it, but it looks like it was a 300 something or 30 something but can't figure out the # since it is cut in half. Any ideas on what it is, and some pics? Thanks
