Default blue or green pill for menstrual pain?

I get really severe menstrual pain and a while back (about 10 years ago) a friend gave me a pill that had been prescribed to them for menstrual pain. It was the only thing that ever helped the pain but I didn't have insurance at the time so I never bothered to find out what it was.

It seems like it was a small blue or green pill with 5 sides. The only thing I find in the wizard is decadron? Is that someone that would be prescribed for menstrual pain?

A lot can change in 10 years... look at Vioxx, Celebrex and others. Sorry, I have no clue as to where to begin looking for something that old.

I might not always be right, but I'm never wrong.
