I found these hidden in my dads drawer?? Theyre blue diamond shaped but have M< with a circle around it. Outside the circle is the trademarked symbol (little R)

This is something foreign made by Medicamentos Corporacion in El Salvador, blue diamonds are famous being the shape of Viagra, so it's probably a knock off Viagra maybe bogus.
