I found a pill in my daughters room. It is oblong with a v on one side and 22- a line- 66. I have looked it up and most of the time the response I get is baclofen however when it shows the picture of it the pill is different that what is showed. Is this baclofen or something else?

Not all pictures of every pill is going to show up on the internet. V stands for Vintage pharmaceutical and from your description I assume that this is an oblong tablet (caplet). According to the FDA for tablets, they assigned the code 2266 for Vintage's 20 mg Baclofen product.
