i need help identifying what category APO-DIAZEPAM falls under. i dont know what it is used for or why it is taken or what symptoms it undergoes. i found a packet in my freinds room and would like to know what it is and if it is a "feel good" drug. can any one help me? id like to gather as much information on it as i can.

This drug is in the benzodiazepine category. It is the generic drug diazepam for the name drug valium. APO is nothing more than the manufacturer of the this particular brand being Apotex which is manufactured in Canada.

Benzos are prescribed for general anxiety disorder, sleep problems, panic attacks, several different medical problems. I suggest you go to the search box at the top of this page. Type in diazepam. There will be numerous links come up where you can read all you want to on this medication. For what it's worth this is a drug of potential abuse. Good luck and God bless.
