Default 84 pill
Found a half of white pill almost looks like a caplet has I can only make out an 84 on it What is this pill?? Thanks

It may likely be half of an aspirin 500mg (white, caplet shaped, L484 on it) is it the right half or the left half?

Pulp Scription is right, L484 is possibly your pill especially if the 84 is on the right hand side.
L484 is a generic version of Tylenol Extra Strength which contains acetaminophen 500 mg.
