Default 4 small white round with different imprints

please help my find out what these pills are. a friend gave them to me, said it would help with my chronic back pain.
#1-small white round scored MP on top of line 52 below the line.
#2-oval larger pill orange in color 102 on one side and KPh on other side
#3-small white round cor 127 on one side blank on other no score
#4-small white round 524 and some sort of maybe a triangle right above the numbers.

i am having some severe back problems and my friend is trying to help me, but i will no take anything till i know what it is. hope someone out there can help me.

The pill with the MP on it is made by Mallinkrodt Pharmaceuticals. I haven't had a chance to look it up but if you go to their website and search under their products you'll probably be able to find an image that matches it. I think the site is just www.mallinkrodtpharmaceuticals.com or something similar. It wouldn't be hard to find. As for the other pills i dont know, but don't take anything until you know what it is, OBVIOUSLY. You should ask the person who gave them to you.

Well I would ask the person, but sometimes you get something from someone who gets it from someone and so on, all I want to do is be pain free,even if it is for just one day.
