Has anyone ever heard of a 35 mg percocet? It's orange and round. Any info would be appreciated.

There is no 35mg Percocet, it only goes up to 10mg, there is a oxycodone instant release in 30mg.

I've a notion that what you've described is a 35mg oxy hcl which was, until recently, reported on the Australian and Asian markets. Yellow-orange tab, small. Hope this helps.
