    I think they are overthe counter, but need to know what they are.

    The white oblong pill imprinted Z400 on one side should have the numbers '7171' on the other side. If so, your pill is cimetidine 400 mg.

    SL 551 is the same - cimetidine 400 mg. This is an older imprint.

    Cimetidine is a drug used to treat ulcers and heartburn.
