i have 2 diffrent pills and can't figure out what eother are or used for, the first one is round and white, says L24 on one side and has a M on the other.looks to be about 25mg size, the other pill is oval and white has a cross on one side and says R180 on the other side, anyone have any ideas? thanks

M L24 is 10mg Lisinopril, a BP pill

R 180 is 4mg Tizanidine (Zanaflex) a muscle relaxant

Catsmeow is correct about the second one.
R180 is on generic Zanaflex aka tizanidine.
It is a muscle relaxer with is typically taken 4mg every 8 hours.
It causes dizziness and drowziness.
I am not a doctor but you should consult your physician before starting or stopping any medication.
