Round green scored tablet with TH over 1 on one side and Mylan on the other side is 37.5 mg triamterene and 25 mg hydrochlorothiazide, a combo diuretic used to control high blood pressure and swelling.

I can't find your second pill, round brown, no score, 150 on front, 4357 on back with two triangles above it in any database or on Ivax's website (the company uses the bowtie or hourglass logo).
This is really strange - someone answered the same question yesterday and mentioned it is 150 mg ranitidine. But the post has disappeared. According to the Ivax website, the company outsources the drug.
I agree that's what it might be though - it's possibly a new imprint used by Ivax instead of the outsourced imprint. NDC number matches the imprint for Ivax's 150 mg ranitidine, so it makes sense to me. |
