yellow skin from CEFZIL

Hello. My 3 year old has been taking CEFZIL for 4 days and we are noticing a definite yellow color to her skin tonight. In some articles it is listed as a possible side effect, but does not specify if it is serious or should I discontinue or contact doctor?
Any input asap would be appreciated
