Question Please need answers

I am about 6 months preganant,and I need to know is it ok to take Cefuroxime 500MG Tab., and go take a glucose Blood Test on the 25th this Wed.I am a first time mother I'm completely new to this.It does say on the worksheet about the Medication from my Pharmacy (if you have diabetes, this medicine may cause false test results with some urine glucose test. Can that also be a other test also? Please someone ease me from this confusion being preganant is so ususally difficult.? LOL!
