Psorisol

Hello everybody,
I knew about a substance named Psorisol used in treatment of Psoriasis.
I found its name on a cream formulated in Germany.
Do you have any information about it?
Any details like mode of action, synthesis, pharmacokinetics or pharmacodynamics will be helpful for sure especially that I know nothing about it except its name.
