Default plz help, found pills in alum. foil

poison control center told me the pills (10 of them found), were a prescription drug, but couldn't tell me what they were. The pills are oval, not coated, cross on one side, and R180 on the other...plz identify them if you can...anybody...plz...

These pills are possibly Tizanidine HCl Tab 4 MG by PAR

Tizanidine (tizanidine hydrochloride) tablets 4 mg are white to off white, oval, flat, bevelled
edged tablets embossed with “R180” on one side and “quadrisecting score” on other side.
