Default PCOS Facial Hair and Adapalene cream

I have PCOS and suffer badly from acne and have some facial hair around the chin area. I have been prescribed Adapalene cream for my face and am worried that it may caude the hairs to increase/or get worse, is the cream likely to have this effect?

The adapalene cream is ant-acne and should not have any effect on the facial hair. But, there is no study as such....The facial hair is the manifestation of the PCOS that you have...

There is however another cream "Eflornithine Cream" for treating facial hair in PCOS. So, ask your doctor for the cream and also get yourself treated for PCOS (earlier the better).

Hope this helps.
Regards
