Default Paxil cr/ ultram er interactions

I currently take 75mg of paxil cr per day, and 300 mg of ultram er per day. Has anyone heard of these two medications used together causing seritonen syndrome. The side effects are not to troublesome, other than an explosive temper that can go off in the face of any confrontation. You dont see it coming and after it is over, you dont remember half if any of the things you said. I had very severe reactions with respect to temperment when darvocet was prescribed to me to be taken with paxil and ultram. I had severe reactions which led to me telling my boss "up yours, in the most possible way". Then on a separate condition I was prescribed percocet, which led to me telling off my best friend of nine years. Has anyone had this type of response with these drugs.
I was hurt when I was gradeschool as a car ran into me while I was riding my bicycle. I have had five knee surgeries, thoracic outlet surgery, and a C5 corpectomy. C3-7 discs are all herniated and I have another hurniated disc at L5. The ultram has been a god send as it has made me able to do my job, but as the pain increased I was started on paxil for panic attacks and post traumatic stress disorder.
Now that I just take the max doses of Paxil CR and Ultram ER, I have a serious tremor in all of my limbs. I have twitching muscles mostly upper arm, neck, and pecs. My blood pressure started about 40 higher on top and 20 points higher on bottom. I sweat through my sheets most nights, and could sit in a dark room thinking about nothing at all for at least a half hour. I have had anger issues ever since my accident and they seem to be coming out24 years later. Are there any other recommendations as I do not want to take a controlled substance, but am unsure of what could be taken with ultram that may have a better response plus help with my pain issues.
