I found a friend of mine's pill. It is yellow and kind of square shaped with the letter D on one side. I think it's some kind of form of speed. Can someone please tell me what it is.

I found three pills at my Grandmothers house who is a cancer patient. I asked her if she knew what they were and she said no! So, I really need to find out what they are before I let her take them! One of them is a little round purple pill with Mylan on one side and 442 on the other, one is a little round orange pill with Mylan on one side and 574 on the other, the last one is a very little round, pink pill with some kind of logo or something on one side and 598 on the same side! You should try posting those in the pill id forum. You should get a quicker more accuarate responce, I would think.
