Question Merr

Hi, I Have A Question For The Pharmasist, I Am Using Metropol For My Hypertension, I Am Also 55 Yrs Old, I Have Diabeties, And Cardiomyopathy, I Am Also Obese, Thats Hard To Admit, But The Side Effects From The Beta Blocker, Make It Hard To Excersise At The Gym, I Am Also On Diaurectic, Formaside, I Am A Veteran An The V.a. Hospitals Don't Always Want To Spend A Lot Of Money On Pills, And It Is A Learning Hospital Which Means My Doctor Is An Intern Learning To Be A Doctor While There Is One Resident To Watch Over Them They Can Be Overwhelmed, And Really Choose Not To Change Medicines With Out Some Emergency Reason , But On My Last Visit The Intern Said That If I Could Find Another Drug To Work As Well She Would Purpose The Change, So I Need Help Any Sugestions,? And Keep In Mind If The Side Effect Is Weight Gain I Do Not Want To Use That Kind Of Drug! Help ! Thankyou!
