Default med identification

I was given a round white tablet with an R on one side and the #'s 439 on the other side. It was supposed to be tramadol but I have experienced unusual side effects. Can someone please help me identify this med. Thank you G W Hartley.

Check with the pharmacy where you got your medication
The description of your pills is consistent with another drug called
Trazadone (made by purepac pharmaceuticals).
