HAS ANY ONE HEARD IF THIS PILLS MAKES YOU SUGAR LEVEL FALSE OR GO UP ?[:0]

Yes. Hydrochlorothiazide can cause hyperglycemia (increased blood glucose levels).
Found info under Adverse Reactions in the PDR info for HydroDIURIL (a brand of Hydrochlorothiazide)
