Help with Birth Control Please

I am taking Aviane 28. I have read the instructions as far as what to do when you miss a pill. However the instructions say to take the one you missed right away and take your next one also (2 in 1 day). What if you don't even take the pill that you forgot but keep with your regular schedule? (it fell down the drain). Please help I am worried.
