Default Gout...

My husband has been suffering from gout for 5 weeks now and he is on so much medicine and nothing seems to work. He had a heart attack last year which resulted in a quadruple by-pass. He takes amiodarone, warfarin, lisinopril, metoprolol, isosorbide, baby aspirin, simvastatin, guanfacine, minoxidil, torsemide, potassium chloride, and warfarin. It seems any other meds the doc's put him on has a major interaction and we are left at our wis end. He suffers from gout alot!! Expecially since his heart attack. Now he has some kidney dysfunction. My husband is ready to do harm to him self just to keep from hurting. He also is refusing to take his medicines for fear it's something in them that is causing the gout. Can and are the two related and why can't someone help us!!
