Best Time of the Day to Take Medications

I take so many prescribed medications... it is so confusing as to when is the best time to take each of them... I take the following.. I am hoping you can help... What time and which ones goes with which?

Advicor 6mg 1 at night time with applesause and 30 min before I take it I take a 325. mg aspirin.
Benadryl 25 mg as needed after Advicor for rash and irritation
Atenolol 100mg/Chl 25mg
Celebrex 200mg 2 times daily
Ditropan 5mg 1 daily
Evista 1 daily
Hydrochorothiazide 25mg 1 daily
Nexium 2 daily
Promethazine oral 25mg as needed for nausea
Ultram 50 mg 3 times daily
Zanaflex 2 daily and 2 at night
Xana XR 1 daily
Zelnorm 6mg 3 times daily
NitroQuick (when needed for chest pain)

B-12
Magnesium

I have the following..Rheumatiod Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Myfascial Pain Syndrome, Sjogren's Syndrome, Costochonditis, High Blood Pressure, Anxiety, Gastroparesis, Depression, Sleeplessness

It gets confusing when you have to take so many meds... so I hope yo can help

I suggest your best option would be to talk to your doctor of the pharmacist where you get your meds-- that's what they are there for.

Hi,

First of all, why are you taking so many drugs? I suggest you discussing your medication with your GP to see whether any of them could be expunge from the list.
