Default Adderall Prescription

Originally I had been taking 2 20mg Adderall XR BID for quite some time. However, due to a new job and recently attending a much more demanding University, I requested my doctor change my Adderall Dosage.

I was offered Adderall XR 25 mg BID or Adderall XR 20 mg TID, to which I chose to try the 25mg. I went back a week later (long story short there were scheduling complications that's why) and explained the increase in dose was very helpful, and life didn't seem so chaotic now. I further went on to explain even though the dosage had been increased (works fine 3 days of the week because I'm just in school) that 4 days of the week I have work and 2 of those days are work + School. So he agreed to let me see if the Adderall XR 20mg TID worked any better. Also commenting that's the highest he felt comfortable prescribing which really doesn't concern me, as I see it, I wouldn't need this much if it wasn't for my high paying insanely difficult job. I don't just work any regular job, I'm an Order Filler at Walmart Distribution Center. That doesn't mean I sway about taking my sweet time picking up boxes to be sent off to the Walmart stores as requested. I talk to a computer headset, have to run up to a slot (i'm driving around a PE unit capable of lifting 2 pallets at once) Call out a 3-digit call number off the 5 digit display listed above the slot (it changes every day to ensure fewer mispicks) and if it says pick 15, I have to pick 15 of that item and some of these boxes way 40 pounds. On an added note because I work on the dry side of the grocery warehouse, the boxes are very different in shape, sizes, weight, and such. This means I have to be able to basically play a real life game of Tetris (sp?) every time I go to fill orders, the computer dictates my route, I do not. It also gives me a certain time limit to fill these orders based on the computers calculations of how long it takes, I have to maintain a 95% average or I get written up.

Anyway think I got off tangent big time, I just filled the prescription for the 25's not long ago (I think the 19th of march) and per convenience issues I was wondering if I can get the prescription filled at a different pharmacy somewhere between the 7th and 10th of April. Yeah I know about schedule II law's as I'm going to school for pharmacy; however, my regular 20mg BID prescription was filled at 1 pharmacy on march 03, the dosage increase to 25mg BID was filled at another on march 19th - no insurance problems issued and no "too early to fill" notifications from the insurance company. I'm assuming this is because of the fact the dosage was seen as "Titrating up". My question is will there by any problems with getting the 20mg Adderall XR TID filled next week (as I go back to work that week and I'm on vacation right now)?
