    Default skin turning black on belly

    My dog continues to keep licking her belly to the point where she has turned her skin black and irritated,no fleas,is this an allergie????if so what can I do?

    If she is a dachshund, it is a breed-specific thing, but I've not found anything that gets rid of it.
