Your dog has tape worm. It can only be treated with cestoved which can only be purchased at your vet office. No over the counter wormers treat tape worm. It usually cost around eight dollars for a treatment.

Hi I'm Replying to your message about worms
It sounds like your dog has tapeworm which can be treated by giving them
meds. theres over the counter wormer for this you can get this at petsmart,petco or etc.

myhotpomeranian gave great advice and once you get your worms give your dog a once a month anti-worm pill like interceptor.I just hope its not heartworm but your vet can take care of that
