My cat is getting older, she is peeing a lot.

Can someone tell me what is going on? I have to change her litter box constantly. I figure she can't be pissing any more then the amount of water she is taking in, right? But I don't know. Please help, I love her dearly. Also, I'm sort of of using kinda sh!tty cat litter cause I can't afford really good stuff. Could that be the problem?

I would take her to the vet. Is she drinking more water than normal? Could be her kidneys? if you aren't using clumping litter, the other types of litter to tend to stay more wet than the clumping. It could be that. But to make sure, I would take her to the vet for a blood test. How old is your kitty? I am a cat person. So I can sympathize.
