They asked if his stool was bloody, and at the time I told them no, but last night he had an accident in the house and it is bloody.
He hasn't had anything to eat since Tues evening, just water.
Has anyone else had this problem? |
I am sorry you and the pup are having to deal with this,

yes, I have had a couple dogs have those issues as well. My pups or fur pets etc..........had from and infection to actually something fatel and we lost him It was so very sad

and IMO there ARE some shots out their we are told ( oh they Have to have that) well it has also been proven in some cases with my horses that that in fact some injections were given the horses ended up passing on FROM the shot itself! And one shot that was being given to mares that were pregnant, very many lost the babies while preg. or they foals were dead when born

Also I think it is a great idea to get on the net and read all we can about any shots that would be given to our pets, what the reasons are for them, and what are the effects , outcome, risks etc.
One more thing you could try that works well if this is intestinal, rice with a bit of hamburg all broke up (cooked of course not raw) in some warm broth. That is tolorated much much more than dog foods for a while till the tummy gets back to normal, and he feels like he can resume eating his reg food. I so hope Heinze gets beeter very soon, sorry I didn't see this post the first day you posted it. I hope I have been able to help at least a little bit. Good luck , to you and the pup.
I do that, so there have been shots I have just plain said NO to, as I thought they may be much better off without them
