Daughter found a light blue almost white pill, one side says watson, the other says 525.

Watcher, if it is a tiny (birth-control sized) pill - it is precisely that. Watson has a birth control called Trinessa. The phase two pills from the cycle are light blue and round with a beveled edge. They are imprinted with Watson on one side and 525 on the reverse.
