my son is an oxicontin addict...pls help w/info

My son has started a program of Meth daily and he said he doesn't take the oxicontin anymore. I found some small, round blue pills with the number 031 on one side. Are these oxicontin? What do I do as a parent to understand and help his problem? I don't know where to go or how to start.
