Default Dosage for Ventolin Nebulization

My 4 months old 5 kg baby is suffering from severe allergic cough. She is tachypnic and short breathing. No relief with Zirtec drops stat dose. chest is clear and no wheezing found. normal saline nebulisation given but no relief. symptems like there is sputem in the throat. Please advice whether we can give ventoline nebulisation and if so what is the dose.
