Default Benicar

Hi,

My husband has just been changed to Benicar 40 mg. for hypertension and we wonder if it is working. He was taking a combination of Capoten and Lo Pressor. His blood pressure is higher of an a.m. and we were wondering if he could safely take the medication of an evening, at dinner time, instead of at breakfast?

How many of you take Benicar? I take Benicar HCT 40/25 and my blood pressure consistantly stays around 108/64. For me it is a miracle drug. I had a major operation Sept. of last year and my medication was changed to Benicar HCT 40/25 prior to that and it has been great since.

Best Regards,
Jwatrlily
