am i ok please read

i did heroin last night for the first time ever. i did one line, i snorted it. it was fun. i was really drunk too. the next day (today) i was fine, until about 6 o'clock. my heart started racing i coulddn't breathe right, and i was so dizzy and confused. i told my parents and they told me to drink water and eat bananas--my dad is a doctor. he says i will probably be fine, but that heart beat (SVT) can kill you, and it ocud happen again. i think they are just trying to scare me, but i cant stop worrying.
is the next day effect normal/heard of?
will i be okay?
what can i do, why did that happen?
can it happen again?

as a paramedic in nyc and i see alot of this and yes I will!!!! kill you besides wil will end up with more problems later on then you will know what to do with. sorry for the harsh news but i feel the need to tell it how it is. stop now!!!! before its too late its not in any way worth it. good luck!!
