Default ADHD

My Husband's son (lives with his mom) is on several different medications. 20mg of Celltech, 40mg. of Lilly 3229, 10mg. of Lilly
3227. He is also on a med called M515 (??) and then on Janssen RIS-0.5 mg.
This all seems way too much to us, we are not getting cooperation from Mom in taking him for another opinion.
Does anyone know what damage/effects this can cause?
Thanks
