Hi everyone! I'm on 150 mg Wellbutrin XL/day for a month and it's been great for relieving depression. But my resting heart rate has increased from about 60 to 80, and I'm starting to get anxiety. Anyone else experience this? I don't want to go off because it's working so well, but I'm wondering if it might make sense to skip doses, say every third day--anything like that possible? Thanks for your insights.

I am also expericing increase heart rate, even elevated blood pressure at times. I have vivid nightmares and severe sweats. I've only been on it for 10 days. This is the second time I am trying Wellbrutin. It had affected my sleep. I can barely get 4 to 5 hours of sleep a night. I hope these side affects subside.
