Hi today is my 1st day without them in over a year. My doseage goes up and down but I was getting online in the end and ran out too early to re-order. I usually have another source but not now. I was sooo scared when I woke up this morning, all that talk about detox and barfing and sweat and chills.... well I HAVE TO go to work in the morning and I am more scared than ever. I wander if anyone has any ideas on what I can do. my husband doesnt know as he sits accorss the room form me I think he has no idea. I could be kidding myself but he would be so hurt and he is such a geat guy that he doesnt deserve to have to gothru this. I am so scared and have a famiky to take care of. any suggestions? Will tomorrow be worse than today or will the next day be worse than both? So far so good but I am anticipating the worst. I am a litle sweaty maybe a little shakey and have little motivation but no significant withdrawels. I am soooo scared all I want to do is cry! ANY TIPS TO GET THRU ON MY OWN? IS NORCO 10/325 THE STRONGEST FORM OF VICO?

Im going through the same problem with my sister. she is on her 3rd day without the pills and just about an hour ago she started freaking out like a mad woman..she took 15-30 pills a day for the last year. You should go get help and maybe you should tell your partner the truth. my sister did nit tell us for a year and now it caused alot of problems. Wish you the best of luck

Hi KG,I think you have to face the fact that you can't quit taking opiates alone.Can you go to a doctor that prescribes buprenorphene (subutex).Or you can look into methadone.You really need to do something,the chances of going cold turkey and staying clean are next to impossible.You need to get proffessionals involved.Good luck and let us know how your doing.....Dave
