Use of Albalon for children

My son is 4 years old. He has an allergy in his eye. Doctor has prescribed the ALBALON Menufactured by Allergan,India. I have bought Albalon opthalmic solution worth Rs 42/-(INR)but while checking it in your website it was written not to use this drug for children specially for infants. Please guide whether I should use it or get it back to the medical store.
