I switched from effexor xr to cymbalta because effexor didn't seem to be working for me anymore. I don't feel sick but all i want to do is sleep all day and stay up all night. I read that it doesn't(cymbalta) have a side effect of weight gain but I can feel me putting on the weight again. I was on Paxil for 2 years witch help my OCD and panic and anxiety but went off it because i ate so much i put on over 80 pounds. I went to welburtin for a few months but didn't help then effexor which did but then stopped working and now cymbalta. If anyone has any advice on a pill that can help my panaic and ocd let me know..Thanks
