Question on tramadol/ultram

I had a bad accident three years ago and have been on pain meds ever since. I have been on tramadol for about two years now. I can't seem to find anything about long term side effects on this drug. Anyone know of any? More specifically, will any damage be done to my reproductive organs from long term use. I'm young and do want to have children some day. I would like to hear of any other side effects as well. Thank you. (any other information would help too)

Withdrawls if you stop abruptly and seizures. Be careful dude, its a nasty drug.
