jj ..... I'm in Seattle too. I've done everything known to man going back to 1968. I know that xanax isn't going to make this work right. It can help some, but the way to go is with
suboxone.
I know it didn't go right for you the first time, but I know how to help you do it right. Ask around about me and if what I say works. I promise that I can help you get through this with minimal problems, but you have to follow my instructions to the letter or you'll be wasting your time.
I'm going to hit the shower, been in pretty tough shape myself lately with pain issues. But if you do what I ask you to do I can get you through this.
Try to stay positive, and realize that you can get out of this hell. But you didn't get in this spot overnight. It takes a little time and it takes a lot of commitment.
