Okay, I got thru the cold turkey mess. Now I have some issues.??
I am freezing.!!!!! my body temp. is just all messed up and I am back down again. I also have horrid acid, vomiting, and cant even swallow a vitamin!!!

I feel as though I need to get a work-over by a physician, but dangit, I HAVE TO REMAIN ANNONYMOUS!! We own a business, and this episode can destroy our future!, and we could lose our company Insurance, get it?

so You wonderful people here & robert are all I can turn to. I need to know if this is normal..I am sooooo cold. its mostly the a/c that kills me, throwing me into continuous sneezing & chills. my hubby took me out yesterday, and I almost got sick and passed out, so he had to rush me home

anyone have this?
Could I b having a ruffer time of it as I am not 20,35, or 45..I am 51 !!
I do know that detox is sometimes 10 days--?

pls respond...i am getting real nervous, which isn't helping my situation.

How many days have you been clean? It sounds as though you are still in withdrawal. Sometimes w/d symptoms can come back on you after you get through the worst, but I don't want to say that's the case if there is something more serious going on. How long have you been clean, and were you feeling pretty well before this all started?

My hubby took me to a place where i used to get high last nite...and it totally freaked me out, mentally.

I'm just not there yet.?

I'm 49 and I think it hits us all a little different.Do you think you could have gotten a flu bug it seem like we get sick after stoping...I know I did...

Lots of emotions....OMG.
Nervous stomach. I just feel lost in life..??

I feel good one day and bad the next.....I don't know how much longer I can put up with this....its breaking me down physically and mentally..!

It will get better I promise...you just have raw emotions right now they haven't felt anything in a long time so it's all coming out at once... and your body is trying it's hardest to get you to use again...just let it pass and you will be ok...
I would listen to things on my I-pod so I didn't have to listen to my brain it really helps...
Hold on just a bit longer your almost there...

I know when I was high, I felt warmer than usually. I always needed the AC on. When I quit, my body was/is adjusting and I felt chills and I seemed much cooler for about 2 weeks. I think this is normal. At least it is/was for me at day 9-10.
