I have been taking a half of a 15 miiligram oxy for about 4 momths now. I usually take it at bedtime. I would like to stop. What do I to look forward to?
hi Lumima Iam not sure I undstand whitch drug are you on. I've been awawy from the pills for a long time. I used oxycontin in the past 40 to 80 mg 2 times a day. If Oxycodone is what your taking 7.5 mg one time a day and if it for pain befere you sleep whats up.I don't think you can cut the half in half but try . try to skip a night you will have hot and cold sweats diarrhea that if you just stop but your only taken 7.5mg everynight shouldn't be to hard. I wounld talk to your doctor also. good luck CC
If that is all you are taking, one 7.5 a day, you shouldn't have much trouble getting off them. I would take the advice above, cut the half in half and try skipping a day in between dosing. Please stop now if you possibly can, because it gets WAY WORSE ! Oxycodone withdrawal is terrible for people like me who take 120-180 mil. per day. Good luck and stick with your plan, you'll be glad you did, you don't want to end up like me[xx(].
