Ok I know this is way off the topic of Drugs and if you dont want to anwser me I will understand,
On Monday I was contacted by a companay called untied Pay service, His name was andrew and went on to tell me that I took a payday loan out in Oct of 05 for 200.00 and IF I did not Send 687.00 ( thats the fees and stuff) byt 2pm that day a law officer would be and my door and process me on the spot and take me to jail for Check fraud, For one I never used a checking account, it was a saving account so the whole check fraud thing was a bunch of bull. I looked at my statment and it says this was paid off in Jan 06, he says I never paid the fees and Intrest, Yesterday alone they called me 15 times, Theses are not Nice calls either they are threats and rude comments, He tell me I am an usless american and that i need to rot in Jail and many other things,
I Dont think I owe these creeps anything But If I do I will pay I am not one to not pay my bills, I try and call them to set up some arrangment and they Say good luck in prison hang up on me. I want this resolved I dont want them calling me every 5 mins of the day.
I am pretty sure that they can not arrest me for this, Honestly I think they are ones commited a crime HARRESSMENT!
They say they watch me and have me on camera, They are in Flordia 9 hrs away from me.
I guess my question is has anyone ever delt with calls like this, and can they really threaten me with Jail? Getting this payday loan was the biggest mistake EVER!! I only did it once and I will never do it again.
Like I said I know this is not a usual topic I just thought I would see if anyone else had to deal with something like his.

These assholes are just trying to get money out of you.They are idle threats as there isn't a dam thing they can do to you.Phone the Better Buisness Bureau and see what they say.Worse comes to worst then have your phone number changed to unlisted.Next time they phone just tell them that you have spoken with a lawyer and that they should stop contacting you immediately.Good luck and be tough with them,don't give them any idea that your scared or even willing to pay just sound as confident as you can and stay cool on the phone with them......Dave

I didnt think they could put me in Jail, but hell you never know. these jerks have called me 5 times today and it is just 2 pm. I have told them not to call, so finally i just quit anwsering the phone all they say is good luck in jail lady.
It must not be to serious because each day he talks to me he will move the dead line up.
OH i am just so fed up. Once again thank you .

Guess what, they are threatning you cuz they know they cant do anything to you and they want their omney, let me tell you what my mother wrote tons of bad checks in the year 2000, not to mention she owes 3 of those payday advance companys, they cant do anything to you, and you wont go to jail over it, you need to start recording these phone calls and take them to court for harrasment especially if you paid off what you initailly owed, and not to mention if your calling to set up payment arrangements and they are telling you good luck in prison oh no no no no judge is going to go for that, you need to take them to court, good luck to you, oh yeh
why did they say they have you on camera? what are they trying to prove, I mean what good is them having you on camera going to do them if you simply owe them money? I dont get it, but its sounds like stalking to me, try to get them to admit on tape that they said they have you on camera, and If you do, I would then call the poice and make a report that they are threatning you and let the police know that you have reason to believe that they are following you and that you fear you are in danger, then they will get in trouble, man this sucks, is this payday advance place legit? I would be calling to speak with the owner and tell them you are going to get the police involved if the **** dont stop!!!

Fight back girl dont take this bull**** and dont let them scare you into thinking you are going to jail because you wont and they would have to take you to court to win a judgement against you and if you have evidence of all this harasment and stuff i bet the judge would throw it out of court,,,good luck

They called just a little while ago and I said My Lawyer wanted me to tell you In advance I will be taping the conversation, he put me on hold for awhile come back and said for me and my Lawyer to Suck His **** ( PEE PEE ) LOL. I was like oh my god.
This is driving me isane to the point I am so mad I cant see straight, then I keep getting Out of the area calls and someone is just breathing I hardly ever got Out of the area calls until these past couple days.
Like I said If I owe A debt I am more than happy to Pay up, But I honestly dont think I do. I looked at my bank statmet and for the past 3 months there has been a 75.00 electronic draft made every month wehn I called the bank they said they counlt trace it because it was dont over the internet, they said they would investgate more. I just know it is these Clowns taking the money out.
So for now I closed my account. I would ove to call them and tell them were to stick it but I dont think I will get on there level.

Believe me if these people were professionals they wouldn't be telling to suck their little weiners.I would change your phone number to a unlisted.Don't worry there is nothing these doorknobs can do especially when they blow their cover using that kind of language......Dave

I think I would change my phone number also!! I totally agree, if they were professionals, they wouldn't be telling you and your lawyer to be sucking their pee pee!! Yikes!

I'd call the BBB also and complain about them and maybe there is something that they can do to help. They are harrassing you, plain and simple. It is to the point that you are scared to answer the phone! And they threaten you with the fact that they have you on cameras???

I think I'd call the phone company and complain to them also. Sometimes they can do something about calls like that.

First of all, the threats and such that they are making are illegal, you can file a complaint with your states attorney general's office, by law, they are not allowed to threaten action that they do not intend to take and legally cannot take. You can also call a lawyer and sue them. YOu need to read up on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, you have the right to have all of this proven, send them a letter, registered mail so you can verify they received it, insist they prove that you owe this, tell them to provide the signed agreements from you agreeing to this, and to prove you did not pay what you were supposed to.

We had some supposed friends try to get credit under our names, caused us a lot of hassles, so I had to learn all this stuff to clear it all up.

Remember, no matter what they threaten, there is no debtor's prison, so they are blowing smoke. If you need more advice and assistance, please feel free to send me an email.
