    Default No withdrawls??

I was taking 4-5 7.5mgs vics a day for about 6 months and 5mgsfor 6 months before that (all together a year). I have a bad back so it wasn't just taking them to take them. I ran out 2 days ago around 10am I have been sleeping a lot and have been freezing. I am on Xanax, Effexor and Skelaxin. I am wondering if that is keeping my symptoms at bay. Am I just early in the game? Is this going to get worse?

    Hello and welcome.

Being that you took your rx as perscribed you should be fine.
I believe that w/d comes when a person abuses a drug(maybe it is our punishment). Now had you been abusing and not taking as perscribed, that would be a different story. Just be thankful you did not abuse it. Maybe sleeping a lot and being cold is the worst of it for you. Take a walk and get the blood flowing! it really does help. Also, I have found the best way to get out of pain is to stop taking pain medication! Look around the internet and see what you come up with. Our bodies make chemicals to ease pain naturally. I also have a bad back and motrin works just fine along with exercise to strenghten the muscles!

I was taking about 30 10mg norco a day for just over the past year. I abused any form of hydro I could get my hands on for the past four years. I am 24 days CLEAN today!

Good luck to you and please keep us updated on how you are doing.
    Cheryl
