My husband Hurt is back bad a few years ago ,well it went out today his doc gave him a script for liquid Hydro 7.5 because he cant take pills that well, he hardly ever takes anything unless it is bad. my qestion is can he take a hydo pill say like 3 hrs after taking the surup? he says the syrup dosent last and I didnt know if you could mix the two together, My common sence tells me you can because it is the same thing except one is a liquid form but I was just wanting to make sure. My Pharmacy is closed or I would have asken them.
Has anyone ever taking the liquid befor?

does the syrup contain acetaminophen? you just don't what to exceed 4000mg of that in a 24 hr period.

I haven't heard of it in liquid form, what is it called, and how much Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone is in it?

the same as taking a 7.5 .. he says it is stronger than the pill form he dosnet like it he says it hits to to fast. but he dont take alot of meds either.

for my info I'd still like to know how much acetaminophen is in it, the brand/generic name and also could you ask him what it tastes like?

It is the same thing as the pill just liquid.. On the bottle is says
Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen oral soultion 7.5mg/500mg. he says the reason he thinks it is stonger because it has 7% alcohol in in..He says it taste like regular cough syrup.. I have never herd of it before either until he got it.
