Smile I have a quick question about Adderall...

Can doctors test you to see if you are taking your prescribed amount of Adderall if it's not extended release caplets? My prescription is: Adderall 5mg BRR, I am supposed to take it twice daily but sometimes I don't take it everyday or I might take only one pill a day.
The reason I'm curious is because I don't want my doctor to think I'm abusing it when I'm just skipping a dose here and there when I feel I don't need to take it sometimes.
Thanks in advance for any help you can give to me!

What's BRR? Do you mean b.i.d (twice daily). To answer your question, yes they can quantify but it's specutive, and I doubt they'd bother, they're more concerned that the drugs present in your system so to be sure you're not diverting it. Adderall has a 10-13 hour half life, as long as you take it at least every other day enough of the drug should be present to test positive.
